By accessing or using ZEUS ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.

2. Personal, Non-Commercial Use

ZEUS is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any commercial purpose, including reselling access or running it as a paid service;
• Scrape, mass-download or systematically harvest content or metadata from the Site or from TMDB in violation of their terms;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the Site, its API usage, or any third-party player;
• Use the Site in any automated way (bots, scripts) that imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• Misrepresent the Site as your own product or remove branding and attributions.

3. Content Sources — We Aggregate, We Do Not Host

ZEUS is an aggregator and discovery index. It organizes publicly available information (via the TMDB API) and links to third-party embed players. We do not host, upload, own, or control any of the video content that may be playable through those links. All playback is delivered by independent third parties such as vidsrc.to, vidsrc.cc, vidsrc.su, multiembed.mov and player.autoembed.cc.

Availability, quality and legality of content on those third-party services are entirely their responsibility. We may add, remove or replace providers at any time without notice.

4. Your Responsibility for Local Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ZEUS complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including copyright and licensing rules in your country or region. Streaming rights differ from one jurisdiction to another, and what is legally available in one country may not be in another. Nothing in these terms constitutes legal advice, and we cannot determine the legality of any content for your specific location.

5. No Warranty on Content Availability

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee that any movie, show, episode or server will be available at any given time;
• We do not guarantee playback quality, speed or uninterrupted streaming;
• Third-party servers change frequently and may stop working without notice;
• We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure or continuously operational;
• Metadata (posters, ratings, descriptions) is provided by third parties and may be inaccurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZEUS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any third-party content accessed through it.

ZEUS respects intellectual property rights. If you are a copyright holder and believe content accessible through the Site infringes your rights, please follow the process on our DMCA Notice page and we will remove the referenced link promptly.

8. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site — including servers, features and pages — at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
